Linksys velop is a device that shares the access to computers and printers across a network. You can connect any device to your router, including a Canon printer. Linksys router has a service known as print server. Print Server allows you to connect wireless printers and use them from your PC on the network. A print server assigns an IP address to the wireless printer automatically. When you turn on the wireless printer, it receives an IP address and you can print from your PC on your wireless network. Connecting a wireless printer to your Linksys router allows you to print from anywhere in your house. How to connect Wireless Printer to your Linksys Router:
Step1: Switch on your wireless printer and connect it to your Linksys router. Launch a web browser and enter an IP address 192.168.1.1 in the address bar of browser.
Step2: Login window displays in front of you. Enter your user name and password.
Step3: Next, on the configuration screen, click ‘Setup Print Server’ button then click ‘Next’ button.
Step4: Click ‘Refresh’ button to obtain an IP address for the wireless printer. Click the ‘Next’ button.

With the Linksys app, you can easily connect your wireless printer to the network using WPS. Follow the steps to connect Wireless Printer to the Linksys router:
Step1: Install a Linksys App on your device.
Step2: Login to the dashboard with your Linksys Velop account or you can click on ‘Login with Router Password’.
Step3: After login to the dashboard, click ‘Wi-Fi Network’.
Step4: Further, click ‘Connect a Device with WPS’ option.
Step5: Next, click ‘Connect’ option to start WPS pairing. Make sure that you do the same on your wireless printer.
Step6: Click ‘Next’ after you connect.
Step7: When your printer is found, the device name will appears on the device.
